Getting ready for our discus...
These are the first shots of our new aquascape. The glossostigma, a carpet plant, is hard to see, but we hope it will spread across the foreground. We'll let the swords grow tall, to hide the tubing and provide shade and shelter for the discus. We wanted to leave plenty of open space. The foreground plants have to fill in -- the dwarf sag, the crypts and the barclaya. Only fish are a dozen each rummy-nose and cardinal tetras and five metae corys.
